Lakeview at University Center is a planned office, retail, and hotel development in Loudoun County, one of the nation’s fastest-growing suburban markets.   The park will include 400,000 square feet of office space, two hotels, restaurants, banks, and other services and amenities.

Set along State Route 7/Leesburg Pike, Lakeview offers many prominent corporate and institutional neighbors, including the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and George Washington University.  Off-site improvements will include a new interchange with the Loudoun County Parkway, which provides access to the site from Route 7.  The property includes a scenic lake and ample surface parking.
