Frederick W.A. Rothmeijer - Founding Principal, has over two decades of experience in various aspects of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate land and building development. With over 7 years of experience in highly sophisticated development projects in Europe, Mr. Rothmeijer joined Trammell Crow Company in 1998. As Principal of the firm he was responsible for acquisitions and development of projects in the Washington, D.C. and the Northern Virginia area. Mr. Rothmeijer co-founded MRP Realty in 2005 and oversees the Development, Construction Management and Asset Management operations within the Company. Throughout his professional career he has developed in excess of 6,000,000 square feet of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects (estimated value in excess of $1.5 Billion). He is a graduate both of Columbia University School of Business (M.B.A. Finance & Real Estate, 1998), and Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands (M.Sc., Suma Cum Laude, 1991). Born in the Netherlands, Mr. Rothmeijer was an officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
