Frederick W. Rothmeijer
Founding Principal

Frederick Rothmeijer is a founding principal of MRP Realty.  His experience includes commercial, residential, and mixed-use development both in Europe and throughout the Washington metropolitan region.  Prior to founding MRP, Fred served as a principal with the Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for acquisitions and development in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia.  His track record includes more than four million square feet of space, with an estimated value in excess of one billion dollars.

Fred is a member of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate.  He holds a M.Sc. degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the Delft University of Technology, in the Netherlands, and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Columbia University School of Business.
