In 2014, MRP renovated the property with extensive improvements being made to all restrooms, elevator modernization, a full lobby renovation, addition of an EMS system, VAV retrofits, exterior lighting retrofits and the addition of a state-of-the-art fitness center in the lobby. Since taking over ownership and management in November 2013, MRP has taken occupancy from (68%) to 90% leased.
