The Paramount, Arlington, VA

Located within the Crystal City submarket of Arlington, VA, the existing 135 unit high-rise building is located within walking distance of two Metro stations, as well as the retail amenities of both Pentagon and Crystal City. The project was extensively rebranded and repositioned through unit and common area renovations. Upon completion, the Paramount boasts a rooftop amenity package including a clubroom and bar with monument and river views, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and an expansive rooftop terrace. MRP successfully sold the property in October 2013.
