Three Parkway

Three Parkway is a 600,000 square foot Class A office building located in Center City Philadelphia. Originally built for the Pennwalt Chemicals Corporation in 1970, Three Parkway is a 20-story, free-standing office building that underwent significant renovations ending in 2005. MRP plans to revive the building through a robust capital improvements plan that includes renovation of the lobby and all common areas to create enhanced amenities for their tenants.

Located in the heart of Philadelphia, within the desirable Market Street West submarket, Three Parkway occupies a prominent location at the corner of Cherry Street and The Benjamin Franklin Parkway, with incomparable views of City Hall and The Philadelphia Art Museum. This attractive location provides abundant amenities plus easy access to public transportation as its location is within blocks of Suburban Station, the Broad Street Line and the Market-Frankford Line Subway stations, and has convenient access to I-76 and I-95. WalkScore.com gives the location a 100, its highest score for public transportation access and a 100 (“Walker’s Paradise”) for walkability and access to amenities.
