Bryant Street Retail

The Retail at Bryant Street NE is a 250,000 SF neighborhood retail development located in the burgeoning Northeast DC neighborhood of Edgewood.

Located on the ground floor of the larger Bryant Street NE mixed-use project (1,500 residential units and 20,000 SF of creative office), the Retail at Bryant Street NE will feature a mix of neighborhood serving anchor tenants, community based services, and local and regional restaurants.  Phase 1 will include a boutique first-run movie theater and a full-service health club centered around a public plaza and half-acre park.  A full-service grocery store will anchor Phase 2.
