Carlyle Overlook is a 250,000 square foot speculative office development located adjacent to the Eisenhower Metro station in the Carlyle submarket of Alexandria, Virginia. The project contains ten stories of office space over a four-level parking garage. Construction commenced in June of 2006 and delivered in March of 2008. This Class A office building was sold pre-construction as a condo-option to the American Society of Clinical Oncologists and Mass Mutual.
