The Rockville area has undergone substantial development over the last few years with the delivery of additional retail and nearby housing, with additional development expected to continue this trend. This location also offers great road access and is priced at a discount to Bethesda, providing tenants with a quality experience at a more affordable price.

MRP purchased Twinbrook Metro Plaza with Artemis Real Estate Partners in 2015. The building was offered as part  of a portfolio with Westwood Metro Tower – in Tysons Corner – and is part of MRP’s Metro-centric strategy, as tenants are being priced out of buildings further south on Rockville Pike from areas like North Bethesda and White Flint. The attractive basis afforded MRP to conduct a comprehensive renovation designed to position the building to compete aggressively for tenants moving north on Rockville Pike.
