When MRP purchased the asset in 2010 with Rockpoint Group, the complex was 82% leased and had not been improved since it was built in 1987. Working with Gensler & HOK on the design, and Clark and Davis on the construction, MRP entitled and managed $22 million worth of capital upgrades and deferred maintenance improvements. Currently 98% leased, the tenancy includes law firms, financial and government affairs firms, and seven full service, award-winning dining establishments. MRP successfully sold the property in July 2013 and retained the property management, construction management and leasing oversight at sale.
